We can do some trouble-shooting over phone or internet for you...just call or email or enter questions here!!  We can give many estimates over the phone, too.  Water heaters, for example:  just look at the label on the heater and you will find the year it was born, who made it, the number of gallons, and the height.  With that information, we can tell how much to replace it.  If you tell us the signs and symptoms, we can diagnose the problem, and provide an estimate for the repair, as well as the replacement, so you can decide what to do.  Some heater are still under warranty!!  Our experienced office staff can help you figure it all out!!
